1. Experience

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role

2. Core Java

• Strong understanding of:

  • Core Java

  • OOPs

  • Collections

  • Exception Handling

  • Multithreading

  • Java 8+ features

3. Java Frameworks

Experience with frameworks such as:

• Spring

• Spring Boot

• Hibernate

4. Database

Knowledge of RDBMS such as:

• MySQL

• PostgreSQL

• Oracle

Also required:

• Writing complex SQL queries

5. Web Technologies

Familiarity with:

• RESTful APIs

• JSON

• HTML

• CSS

• JavaScript (plus)

6. Tools & Technologies

Experience with:

• Git

• Maven / Gradle

• IDEs:

  • IntelliJ IDEA

  • Eclipse

7. Problem Solving

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail

8. Communication

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
